Hi friends! Today I am sharing a cute mini 3×3 card made with the Handmade Hugs stamp set and Handmade Tag punch from Stampin’ Up! These mini cards are fun and quick to make, great to add to a gift as well. Please note: in the US you cannot send anything smaller than 3 1/2 x 5 in the mail, so make to put this in an appropriate sized envelope if you do pop this size in the mail.
